  • Gin Hammond is a member of Voice and Speech Teachers of America (VASTA), and a certified Fitzmaurice Voicework teacher who received her MFA from the American Repertory Theatre Institute at Harvard University/ Moscow Art Theatre School.

    Gin has taught at schools such as Cornish College of the Arts, Freehold Theatre Lab/Studio, The Northwest Actors Studio, and the Seattle Film Institute.

    Working with the Jack Straw Cultural Center, The Seattle Voice Institute, and others, Gin has produced 60+ voice-over reels.

Gin received a Helen Hayes Award for Outstanding Lead Actress for The Syringa Tree and NEA grants for multiple plays. Her debut novel, Returning the Bones - also based on an award-nominated solo show - was recently recognized as a National Indies Excellence Finalist and a Gold Winning Foreword INDIES Book of the Year.
